My process
Understand the problem
I start the design process with research, including surveys, user interviews, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to discover user's problems and find improvement opportunities.
Ideate a solution
Next, I lead collaborative sessions with engineers and product managers to ideate innovative solutions. I then create low-fidelity mockups to visualize and define a high level solution.
Craft with excellence
I then transform the selected solution into a polished, high-fidelity prototype, focusing on usability, micro-interactions, accessibility, and compelling content.
Validate & test
The final step involves validating the solution through user testing. I use the discovered insights to polish the final design and deliver detailed specs to engineers for implementation.
